Thank you so much! I am not a practitioner, but I do treat my family to a lot of 'did you know?' about plants! A good many people have asked how they would determine doses. Now I have a chart to explain along with my "never underestimate the herbs. Seek a practicing herbalist with a good reputation" speech.
