Letter of Interest Should Include: How long have you have been an HWB member? Do you volunteer with HWB in your local community? What is your experience in mutual aid, community herbalism, serving the underserved, or other HWB Programmatic work? What does anti-oppressive herbalism mean to you? What other skills or experiences do you have to offer the Board of Directors? Why do you want to join the HWB Board of Directors? Tell us a little more about yourself that we don't see in your CV/Resume. Where are you located? Which programs of HWB are you most engaged with?
